Data shows that China’s clutch driven disc market size is projected to reach 46.2 billion yuan in 2026, accounting for 45.8% of the global total market volume. Among this, the supporting demand for traditional fuel vehicles will drop from 65.8% in 2025 to 62.3%. Meanwhile, demand for hybrid vehicle driven discs will surge from 12 million sets to 15.8 million sets, registering an annual growth rate of up to 31.7% and becoming the core engine driving industry growth.
Industry experts point out that the diversification of hybrid architectures has generated highly differentiated performance requirements for driven discs, with high rotational speed, high torque and excellent thermal stability becoming standard specifications. It is estimated that the global market size will exceed 17.5 billion US dollars by 2030, and the self-sufficiency rate of high-end products in China will approach 90%.
