The biggest highlight of this driven disc is equipped with an intelligent automatic wear compensation system. When the friction lining wears out, the system can automatically adjust the clearance to maintain the optimal engagement state at all times. It requires no manual adjustment, greatly reducing the maintenance cost and downtime of commercial vehicle fleets.
It is reported that Giant Auto Parts has mastered all core technologies of the three major clutch components (driven disc, cover assembly and valve module). The company has also led the formulation of the enterprise standard Technical Specifications for Commercial Vehicle AMT Clutch Assembly, filling the domestic technical gap. At present, its products have passed TÜV Rheinland certification, with performance indicators reaching the level of top European and American brands, and are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions.
